To request a refund for unspent Points or your newly purchased Skout Premium subscription, please contact us directly at support@skout.com with the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Payment method and a copy of your receipt (iTunes, Google Play Store, or PayPal)
- Transaction ID for the purchase or PayPal email address used to complete the purchase
We will then investigate your purchase and determine if it’s eligible for a refund.
