Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
If you have a renewing subscription and would like to cancel the renewal, you may do so by switching off the auto-renew feature in your Apple or Google settings at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription.
To cancel a subscription through the Google Play store:
1. Open the play store and tap your user icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Go to the "Payments and subscriptions" menu, then select "Subscriptions."
3. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel, and tap "Cancel subscription."
4. Follow any on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

You have the right to terminate (or withdraw from) your subscription within fourteen days of acceptance. In order to terminate your subscription, you must notify us by email at support@themeetgroup.com with a clear declaration of your decision to terminate your subscription. You may also send a written notice of this decision via registered mail as outlined in section 4.2 of the Terms and Conditions.

If you have any further questions regarding your Skout Premium subscription, you may reach out directly to support@skout.com from the email address registered to the profile with a subscription. You may be asked for additional information to locate the subscription, including the receipt of purchase provided by the app store.
