It depends.
If the message appears to be spam (for example, if the message includes advertisements for another site or a solicitation for a conversation on a third-party instant messenger), click the menu at the top right in the chat and select “Report”. From there, you may report the user as spam and block the account. When prompted to select the content type that made you decide to submit the report, select "chat or voice messages" and provide any necessary details. Once the report has been received, our moderators will review and take any necessary actions.
If the message appears to be from another real user of Skout, but you simply do not want to communicate with that user, instead select the "Block" option. This will delete the message and prevent that user from sending you any additional messages.
Finally, if the message appears to be from a real user but includes highly objectionable material, click “Report”. Make sure to include as much detail as possible in your report, including the proper content type where the offensive material is located.
