To block someone in Live, visit their mini profile by tapping their display name.  Then, tap the red “BLOCK” icon in the upper left corner and confirm you wish to block the user.

If the user is violating our Terms of Service, we recommend tapping the report icon in the upper right corner of their mini profile to report the behavior before blocking them.
