Please check that you are completing the challenge as directed.  

Note that if a challenge requires sending a specific gift, that gift must be sent in a live stream.  Gifts sent from a wheel will not count towards progress unless specified in the challenge.  Gifts sent in private messages will not count towards challenge progress.

Note that any challenge that requires a specific VIP or TOP badge will begin once the badge has been added to your account.  Any activity before the badge is earned will not count towards the challenge progress.
