Spotlight items can be obtained from Challenge rewards.  These may be used by a streamer to promote their own stream, or by a viewer to promote the active stream of a streamer.  

Each item has an amount of Spotlight points that will be added to the streamer, and a duration for how long those points will last.  While the streamer is actively streaming, they will appear in a special section of Live called “In the Spotlight.”

Streamers with a higher point value will appear higher in the Spotlight list for any viewer to see.
